We a Standard Delivery Service to the United Kingdom (Excluding Channel Islands & BFPO addresses) which takes between 7 - 10 days at a rate of £4.80. If you require Next Day Delivery please email us at: info@runaway88.com
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to the US at a flat rate of $11.50 (£7). Delivery takes between 4 - 7 days. We ship Worldwide at a flat rate of £21. Delivery takes between 10 - 14 days. If you have any queries about our International Shipping please contact info@runaway88.com
OTHER INFORMATION Please note, we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed. UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

WHEN WE DELIVER
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days). A signature is requested upon delivery. If you're not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times over the next working days. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order. For full details please read our Terms & Conditions.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCT/CANCELLATION
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: * The product ordered being unavailable from stock * Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment * The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Runaway88 unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund for any defective item you wish to return. If you're not satisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item, don't hesitate to return it and choose any item in another size or colour. We will gladly exchange any item that you're not completely happy with. Please note the following limitations:

Items must be returned/exchanged within 28 days of purchase.

We can only refund defective items, for all other reasons we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note for the amount.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
TO MAKE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (see limitations above), you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge. Please find details for our return address under “Our Story”.
IF YOUR ORDER IS DEFECTIVE
